The courses are for anyone living with stress, pain or illness, anyone helping people living with stress, pain or illness and people wanting to learn to meditate and simply lead a more mindful life. Non-denominational and open to all, they are experiential and the meditation and mindfulness practices you will learn can be applied to any area of your life. There will be an optional one-day retreat at the end of each course.
These courses can be used as a pre-requisite for Breathworks Teacher Training.
The course fee includes:

The next Mindfulness for Health and Stress course commences on Sunday 15th September 2019 and the last session is on Sunday 10th November. There is no class on Sunday 6th October. Bookings are essential.
TIME: 10am – 12.30pm
PLACE: Yoga to Go, 108 Crystal Street, Petersham (close to Petersham Station)
FEE: $600 for 8 sessions. Concessions available.
These practice days are open to anyone who has attended an eight week course with us, or who has attended a one week intensive with Vidyamala and Sona. The next Day Retreat is on Sunday 1st September 2019, bookings essential.
