The courses are for anyone living with stress, pain or illness, anyone helping people living with stress, pain or illness and people wanting to learn to meditate and simply lead a more mindful life. Non-denominational and open to all, they are experiential and the meditation and mindfulness practices you will learn can be applied to any area of your life. There will be an optional one-day retreat at the end of each course.

 

These courses can be used as a pre-requisite for Breathworks Teacher Training.

 

The course fee includes:

• Ongoing support during the course

• Course workbook

• Four guided meditation CDs

Day Retreats

These practice days are open to anyone who has attended an eight week course with us, or who has attended a one week intensive with Vidyamala and Sona.  The next Day Retreat is on Sunday 2nd February 2020, bookings are essential.
